TEN/MET has recently joined the Children’s Agenda, a national coalition of organizations that are campaigning to ensure children’s issues are reflected in the 2010 elections and the commitments of the future government.
The Children’s Agenda is calling on leaders to invest in children because they are Tanzania’s future. Investing in education is central to this agenda.

Children representing Baraza la Watoto (Children’s Council) will be interviewing President Kikwete about the Children’s Agenda on Monday, June 14. It will be broadcast on June16 to coincide with the official launch, which will take place in Dodoma. More information is available in the document below
