Secretariat

TEN/MET's primary day-to-day operations are conducted via the Secretariat. Based in the Upanga region of Dar es Salaam, the Secretariat consists of a team of eleven people comprising the following

• Coordinator, overseeing the day-to-day operations of TEN/MET
• Finance and Administrative Manager, who is also the Program Officer for Governance and Organizational Development
• three Program Officers, for Communications and Information Sharing, Policy Analysis and Advocacy, and Capacity Development and Innovation, respectively
• one Volunteer for Website, Newsletter, and Information Technology support
• a receptionist/housekeeper
• a driver
• three security guards, one day, and two who rotate night shifts
